As we planned some fieldday activity in P14 for the IARU-Region-1-Fieldday 2024 (SSB), I took the opportunity to become QRV as DC6GF/p on the same site and participated in the VHF contest. The station was my old IC706MKIIG with 50W output and the 7 element yagi I refurbished, no power amplifier and no pre-amp. The pictures below show the setup and the outcome of about 6h of activity – roughly 3h on Saturday and Sunday. ODX was OM6MN in JN99JC with 657km.
